Hi I'm May. I had my son via VBAC in March 2010, after a planned C-section in 2008 that left me traumatised in the recovery room.
I was determined not to have a C-section for my second and last birth. I believe a beautiful birth starts with
1) Building the right Birth Team for yourself - your doula, your partner, your gynae, your hospital.
2) Preparation of your mind and body through breathing and relaxation techniques
3) Arming yourself with the knowledge of your own birthing body, and your rights as a birthing mother
